Black Bean and Mango Salad

 

1 can of La Costeña Black Beans (12 oz))

4 Whole La Costeña Serrano Peppers, finely chopped

4 Tablespoons of fresh, finely chopped cilantro

1 Mango (Fresh, firm and ripe), chopped in small cubes

½  Small Red Onion

4 Tablespoons of  Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Limes

Sea Salt & Pepper

 

Mix 12oz of La Costeña Black Beans,La Costeña Serrano peppers, cilantro, mango, and onion.  Add, olive oil, sal & pepper to taste.
